Standard Trading Terms
Notwithstanding Section 26 of the BIFA Conditions, it is expressly agreed that the limitation of liability for loss or damage in respect of domestic UK road freight shall be uplifted from 2 SDR per kilogram to a maximum of GBP 5,000 per tonne in line with the subcontractors liability. However It is the responsibility of the owner of the goods to have adequate Marine Cargo Insurance (Good in Transit Insurance)
